JobCircle.com is the Mid-Atlantic's largest non-newspaper affiliated job board. We are a regional award-winning online recruitment site that provides careers, content and community to both recruiters and jobseekers. JobCircle.com currently operates in CT, DC, DE, OH, MD, NY, NJ, PA, VA and WV.
JobCircle focuses on connecting employers and candidates by providing an array of online features that make it easy for employers to post job listings. At the same time, our simple resume submission process allows jobseekers to quickly begin their job search.

Who is JobCircle.com?
Our corporate headquarters are located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, approximately 30 miles West of Philadelphia.
JobCircle.com was created in the fall of 1998 by three Information Technology consultants who were concerned that many of the job sites at that time were more focused on generating revenues than actually assisting jobseekers in finding work. JobCircle.com was originally designed by IT professionals for IT professionals.
In 1999, private capital funding was provided and the addition of a 4th partner allowed for initial growth, and our first official customer joined JobCircle.com in March of that year. JobCircle.com experienced growth to over $1M in revenues in its first full fiscal year of operation.
In 2003, partly due to growth and partly due to a downturn in the IT sector, JobCircle.com merged with another local job board, JobNet.com. This merger paved the way for JobCircle.com's transition from an IT job board to a general job site. Over 70,000 JobNet subscribers were integrated into the JobCircle.com platform, and the site was expanded to provide offerings in all industries and occupations. This new merger brought about a new name; Human Capital Solutions.
This merger also brought a major private investor who was one of JobNet's principal shareholders and is still a key shareholder in the company today.
Our investor provided the capital to allow the company to expand its product offerings. In the fall of 2003, JobCircle.com produced our first job fair event. This $120K+ event attracted over 70 companies and 4,000 jobseekers, and thus a new division was born.
Since that time, JobCircle has become the leader in professionally produced career fairs in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our high-visibility locations and unique themes, including "Nurses Night at the Ballpark", "Grand Slam Career Fair" and "Jobs Gone Wild" have made our events easily recognizable by both employers and jobseekers. Our success in the local area has led us to produce successful events in NJ, DE, MD and DC.
Over the past 10 years, JobCircle.com has fulfilled the recruitment needs of thousands of employers. Today, we have over 1.3 million members that use our job board to further their career. Though our company has changed to meet the needs of employers, our mission is still the same: to connect employers with employees with affordable, low-cost, easy-to-use tools.
