JobCircle.com brings first SMART car to Pennsylvania

West Chester, PA – JobCircle.com today announced that they have acquired the first officially legal Smart car in Pennsylvania, a 2006 SMART ForTwo Coupe. It is estimated that only approximately 50-70 of legally converted Smart cars have been sold in the United Sates.
