Eastern University's Information Technology Institute (EITI) has been established to create world-class knowledge workers in the Delaware Valley.  The Institute provides a rich, industry-responsive, comprehensive, and forward-thinking information technology curriculum.  The courses address specific industry certification requirements and also provide students with a strong foundation in the core technologies that underlie new business trends.

This Institute offers a uniquely rich spectrum of IT courses. EITI offers the following 9 distinct tracks:

• Network Management - Produces well-rounded network engineers so well versed in standards, protocols, utilities and tools that they can build solutions that cross vendor limitations. 
• Security Administration - A high-end program dealing with enterprise-wide security issues. 
• Database Management - Speaks to the great need in industry for skilled database engineers.
• Web Server Management - Addresses the growing need for qualified web server managers.
• Emerging Internet Technologies - This track addresses emerging technologies still evolving through standardization and not entirely adopted by industry but likely to be so.
• Technology Management - A unique certificate that aims to deliver technology education to non-technical professionals and specifically managers. 
• Project Management - Addresses the ever increasing need for good project managers in information technology.
