The WebMaster Certificate Program provides in-depth knowledge of the Internet and World Wide Web. Students choose the Design and Development Concentration, which teaches them to create, develop, design, and maintain Web sites, or the Administration Concentration, in which they learn to establish, program, and administer a Web server.

These programs range from half-day seminars to five week short courses and are scheduled to accommodate the busiest of personal schedules. Class enrollments are limited to guarantee each participant exclusive use of a microcomputer. Registrations are accepted throughout the semester.
