Human Capital Management has entry-level openings in our recruiting, sales, and marketing departments. We are seeking college graduates majoring in Communications, Marketing, Business, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field OR candidates with strong Retail, Restaurant, or Sales experience. Candidates must be articulate, energetic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Thorough mentorship and training will be provided by some of the most experienced people in the business. No prior experience or industry knowledge is necessary. These positions offer a competitive base salary plus commission and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities: Identify and prescreen potential candidates for open positions in the Information Technology field -Source candidates through internal database, job boards, Internet, user groups, networking, and research. -Conduct thorough interviewing of potential candidates over the phone -Determine suitability of candidates for current and future requirements / clients Guide candidates through the interviewing and hiring process with clients -Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews -Handle all negotiations before and during the offer stage -Present offers -Follow up with placed consultants on a regular basis Develop and maintain relationships with top IT talent -Become a resource for knowledge on the IT market -Actively engage in networking events
Requirements: Strong work ethic Excellent communication -Must feel comfortable on the phone -Must be able to learn, comprehend, and articulate complex requirements -Must communicate in a professional manner Interpersonal skills -Must be able to uncover and understand what motivates candidates -Must work well in a team environments -Must have good networking skills Ability to multitask Strong organizational skills Interest in Sales, Marketing, PR, Business Development, or Human Resources Desire to work in a fast-paced and fun environment Computer Proficiency -Basic computer knowledge (including MS Office, Databases, and Internet) -Understanding of social networking sites (myspace, facebook, etc.) -Internet research skills (ability to conduct creative searches) About Human Capital: Human Capital Management, Inc. is a web-centric partnering firm focused on the most important part of the Information Technology industry- PEOPLE.
