Linux Admin/JAS

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop site infrastructure running on Linux, MySQL, Apache.
• Become an integral member of the operations team and help to shape and implement overall network architecture.
• Procure and build new servers.
• Monitor production servers for both performance and faults.
• Participate in on-call operations rotation.
• Work with development team to address operational issues.
• Analyze metrics and write SQL queries.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Systems Administration experience.
• 3+ years of Linux and MySQL administration.
• Previous storage experience a plus.
• Cisco and Foundry Networks experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot unknown problems efficiently.
• Strong desire to learn and implement the latest open source technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing, startup environment.
