Modis is seeking a Senior Level Quality Assurance Analyst for one of their clients due to growth and required staff demands.
Our highly respected client in the Insurance Industry has an immediate need for the ideal candidate on a Direct Hire basis for their King of Prussia, PA location.
Overview:
The QA Engineer leads Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and Performance Automation test teams in testing activities that validate the functionality and usability of the system components for their assigned functional areas. Facilitates the approval/certification of the final application release to the engagement Stakeholders. QA works closely with the Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other teams to assist and supervise in the preparation and execution of the test plans, scenarios, scripts; to integrate the testing scripts into the test plan; to review test results, resources, and provide follow-up analysis as required.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of testing or software development experience, in enterprise software development, quality engineering or quality assurance with at least four years focused on testing applications within the applicable systems and team-oriented technology environment; and three years supervising QA, Test, or Development Teams.
Experience with the following testing tools: Quality Center, Quick Test Professional (QTP) and Winrunner (comparable tools ok)
Knowledge of basic SQL queries and navigation of SQL databases (SQL 2005 preferred)
Education:
Bachelorfs degree required
