Modis is seeking experienced Sr Business Analyst for one of their clients
Our Client, Located in Philadelphia, PA; is the leader in their Industry. Our client desires to hire this candidate on a Contract-to-Hire basis with conversion to their employ after a contract period of net less than 6 months.
The client is seeking Sr Business Analyst with the following experience and credentials:
Responsibilities include:
Senior Business Analyst with healthcare experience. Well versed with the transaction work flow of healthcare business processes. Should be an intermediate or expert in gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into technical requirements. Knowledge of requirements management lifecycle, and BA engagement through SDLC is a must. Exposure to multiple health care business functions from an IT perspective - claims, member, provider, finance, medical management desirable. Use of SQL from an analyst perspective needed.
Required Experience & Skills
ü 5 plus years of Business Analyst skills
ü Experience with Healthcare/Insurance provider
ü Experience on the payer side and Medicaid/Medicare is desirable
ü Extensive experience in complex, cross departmental projects involving multiple platforms.
ü Able to schedule, assigns, direct, review and perform related follow up and work coordination activities with others on technical team.
ü Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
ü Strong verbal and written communication skills
