Contract to Hire Opportunity for ETL Developer in Philadelphia.

Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to the following:



Design, develop, implement, and assist in validating ETL processes
Create and execute unit test plans based on system and validation requirements. 
Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune ETL processes.
Document all ETL related work per company's methodology
Ensure that all timelines of loading/validating data are met 


Requirements:


Ability to work with the business partners to translate business requirements.
Understand relational systems and apply system knowledge in creating data models.
Extract, Transform and load data into data warehouse applying business rules as and when necessary.
Capture requirements, design, create, manage, and fulfill requests for report and cube creation and development.
Work with business analysts and end users to understand business rules and interpret data.
Optimize SQL code, maintain existing code, and fix bugs whenever needed 
Work with the business units to develop and design new reports databases and metrics.
Ensure smooth functioning of development, QA, production and staging environments
