Systems Support Specialist

Our Philadelphia location seeks a skilled IT professional to act as the primary customer and systems support person. In addition to the ability to multi-task and learn new skills quickly, our qualifications include:
· College degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
· Must possess Windows 9x/NT/XP/Vista desktop support skills including installations and troubleshooting
· Working knowledge of imaging solutions, Acronis/Ghost AntiVirus and Spyware cleanup and  email client troubleshooting (Outlook), mobile phones support and ActiveSync Printers and fax machine support
· Knowledge of the following would be beneficial: Network/LAN Support: Windows NT/2000/2003 Installations/Permissions/Name Resolution Cognos & MAS500 Knowledge of backup technologies (ArcServe & Veritas)
