P6+ years of experience in software developer role, participating in software development lifecycle. Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills are essential. Significant development experience with Java & J2EE, and other Java technologies like Swing/JSP. Familiar with TIBCO/EMS/JMS Extensive experience in XML, XML Schema and XSLT Strong experience with ORACLE or any other RDBMS Extensive experiences with MQ Series, SSL, and JMS./P
