Manager - Telecommunications Applications

Client is looking for senior level technical leader with strong voice recording experience - primarily with NICE, Witness and/or Verint technologies.

Also requires Avaya VoIP hands-on experience, strong project management skills and can communicate with both internal and external clients effectively.

Experience with predictive dialers like Aspect, SER, I3, etc. or outsourced dialing platforms such as SoundBite or LiveVox is very desireable.
