IT Logistics Manager

ATS is an information technologies consulting company providing services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide. ATS specializes in providing full-service staffing solutions by providing technical and business personnel through staff supplementation and project engagements. The company has extensive contacts within its Fortune 500 client base and is able to access a large pool of talented and responsive professionals with proven records of accomplishment in both the technical and business fields.

We are currently seeking an IT Logistics Manager. This candidate will be managing logistics and technical input to IT deployment including workstation set up, voice, video and data roll-out as well as data-center. Candidate will work full-time on-site with a customer helping support the stand-up of the NOC through the provision of IT services. Items to be included in the development of the detailed plan and roll-out include:

* Furniture
* Cubicles
* Phones
* Headsets
* Installations
* Imaging
* Real Estate
* Special Equipment

Candidate should have:

* Experience in IT logistics and large center moves involving thousands of lines
* Knowledge of COTS products in the IT rack and stack environment
* Ability to work on customer teams
* Ability to assess plans for gaps and provide content to plan to fill gaps.
* Background in project management
* Technical background and/or engineering degree

Experience Level:
Unspecified

Requirements:
Background in process and methods and procedures in the service assurance arena

* Knowledge of COTS products in a service assurance environment
* Ability to work on customer teams
* Understanding of ATM/ Frame Relay and/or IP technology.
