E-Commerce Development Manager with the following experience:

This position is for an experienced E-Commerce Development Manager to support existing multi brand multi channel direct consumer business and lead new e-commerce development, integrations with back office systems.

This individual must be very hands on and knowledgeable in:

* Building high performing, highly scalable ecommerce web sites
*
* Technical Problem Solving
* Software Engineering
* E-Commerce development and launches

Leadership:
* Lead the web development team
* Lead development efforts for current and future releases
* Lead technical decision making and troubleshooting efforts

Technical:

* Utilize existing ASP.NET development experience to guide development lifecycle
* Analyze customer business requirements and software/product objectives; develop an application design in products to meet customer needs.
* Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects
* Translate management and creative content requirements into visual and architectural design
* Work closely with others assigned the tasks of web content development and web data analysis
* Experience working with external vendors for development efforts
* Experience working with Rich Internet Application Development technologies

Requirements:
* Broad understanding of eCommerce technology tools, providers and trends
* Project management skills necessary
* Ability to integrate in a rapidly changing environment.
*Excellent planning skills and a proactive approach to meet aggressive deadlines
*Extensive experience in server-side technologies.
*Experience in AJAX/HTML/CSS and user interface design.
*Object-oriented skills.
*Experience developing with frameworks like Flex, XUL and XAML.
*Experience working with cross-browser platforms.
*Computer Science degree or equivalent with relevant work experience is required
* Experience in full life cycle Asp.NET solution implementation from conceptualization, requirements, design and specification through development (coding), QA/debugging, integration testing, deployment and follow-up support.
