Senior Account Manager

This is a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty through ensuring exceptional service and creating value. The AM is the liaison between the Solutions Team and the Client to identify, analyze, research, and resolve inquiries on all aspects of the business.  Understand and support the sales efforts of assigned clients and act as a Third-party Sales channel/consultant to help achieve optimum sales, new account productivity, profit, and goals

Skills/Requirements
• Accountable for setting internal communication plans/methodology
• Coordinate and manage internal and external client meetings
• Manages contractual agreements, Billing reviews and quarterly audits
• Revenue forecasting and updates
• Act as single point of contact for error resolution and to voice any issues or concerns
• Build client relationship – continual needs assessment
• Initiate actions to improve existing conditions, processes and communication
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Client Responsibilities / Accountability
Build professional/trusting client relationships.
Understands the client’s requirements and set and manage clients expectations.
Create clear and detailed statements of work.
Perform quality checks on all finished work.

MS Office, MS Project - Proficient
Mainframe - Basic
USP Presort, Merge-Purge, Hygiene, Code 1 - Basic
E.Piphany - Basic
List Processing, List Conversion, Data entry - Basic

This job has no supervisory responsibilities

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum three years experience working in a customer support or sales capacity role in the Database Marketing industry.
