Description 12 Month Contract
Oracle HR Consultant
* Person will be responsible for converting the current Oracle HR environment from 11i to R12. * Person will be involved in the 'fit-gap' of oracle 11i into R12. * Will analyze environment for migration planning. * Will fit existing manual and custom processes into functionality on R12. * Will optimize current environment for full R12 functionality
Requirements
* Strong Oracle 11i and R12 Functional contractor
*
Experience in migrating Oracle 11i into Oracle R12
*
Knowledge of Oracle R12 HR functionality *
Strong analytical and problem solving skills *
Strong communications *
