Network Operations Technician (Tier 2)

We are currently seeking an experienced Network Operations Technician (Tier 2) who will work with customer teams on Tier 2 TSS Data/Broadband support.  Candidate would be responsible for troubleshooting and performing Tier 2 Service Assurance functions particularly around Frame Relay.  This would include edge routers connecting to the core, core routers and configuring equipment upon commissioning.  Core network Tier 2 skills are imperative.



Skill Sets / Qualifications

• Network administrator with strong routing, switching and TCP/IP knowledge
• Knowledge of Tier 2 service assurance process tasks
• Expertise in management of Frame Relay equipment
• Ability to work on customer teams and interface with customers at all levels
• Ability to provide guidance and coaching to new staff or existing staff in new technology areas

Travel:
Must be in Manchester, NH 100% of time.
