Architect I - Sharepoint MOSS

PPrimary responsibility of Senior Application Engineer is to develop cost-effective end user technologies that deliver functional business solutions. Application Engineering of business solutions includes both client & servers systems, with focus on the Microsoft Platform. BRBR  Proven experience implementing, configuring & supporting Enterprise-class application systems. BR  Experience working within structured (iterative models preferred) development lifecycle & methodology, Systems Integration & Infrastructure Optimization experience leveraging documented APIs & related and technologies BR  Ability to own and resolve complex SharePoint system problems, engaging necessary teams as required, including Microsoft BR  Able to engineer technical solutions, including prepare detailed written/visual documentation (using Word with approved templates, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint), and demonstrate strong analytical & problem-solving skills. BR  Minimum of 3 years demonstrated hands-on experience with the deployment, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint (MOSS 2007). BR  Methodical approach to troubleshooting application and system issues BR  Self-motivated with ability to set & meet deadlines on multiple projects without frequent supervision BR  Able to prepare weekly status reports, as well as reports for technical and business managers BR  Detailed knowledge of networking concepts (i.e., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) BR  Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience BRBR  SharePoint 2007 experience BR  Experience working within structured (iterative models preferred) development lifecycle & methodology, Systems Integration & Infrastructure Optimization experience, while leveraging documented APIs BR  Knowledge in administration, configuration & customization of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007) and Windows SharePoint Services. Microsoft Office Server System 2007 experience is a plus BR  Expert knowledge &experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services BRExperience with InfoPath Forms Design & XML BR  Understanding of Microsoft Windows debug & performance tuning concepts/P
