Developer III - ClearQuest

CLEARQUEST DEVELOPER BRBRResponsibilities: BRBR1. Develop & Maintain ClearQuest schema. BRBRPrimary development-lead for new ClearQuest schema. Add features and capabilities to as requested by management and user group. BRBRMaintain and perform regular upgrades on a ClearQuest implementation that includes Defect, Issue, Enhancement, and Service Request management under ClearQuest/ClearCase integration and Unified Change Management. BRBR2. Support ClearQuest users. BRBRSupport 400 users of ClearQuest on test, development and business teams including troubleshooting, installations, and occasional training. BRBR3. Enhance ClearQuest schema BRBRAdd features and capabilities to ClearQuest schema as requested by management and user group. BRBR4. Assist with project reporting BRBRDesign and develop reports using Crystal Reports with requirements provided by analysts. Develop process for producing scheduled reports. Using MS Excel, SharePoint and Crystal Reports, assist in reporting project metrics to management BRBR5. Prepare technical and process documents BRBRPrepare and maintain user guides and instructional documents; prepare release notes related to schema upgrades; develop process documents BRBRQualifications Required: BRBRExpert knowledge of ClearQuest schema design and maintenance BRStrong Crystal Report development skills Significant experience with ClearQuest customization using VB Scripting / PERL BRExperience administering ClearQuest under Rational UCM (Unified Change Management) BRStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools BRDevelopment experience using Perl ClearQuest and other Rational tools. Certification is not required; but preferred. BRBR
