VoIP System Engineer

We are currently seeking a VoIP System Engineer who will work with customer teams performing analysis on root cause of order fall out and creating efficient methods for handling manual assistance required for completing CVoIP orders to customers in a timely fashion.  Candidate will help to write requirements for fixes to the root causes of fallout.

SKILL SETS / QUALIFICATIONS

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

• a background in CVoIP
• knowledge and expertise in the fulfillment process – including the process for  handling requests for manual assistance
• knowledge in provisioning of CVoIP from order through to activation
• experience in a carrier environment – and experience with triple play services and carrier metric requirements
• ability to work with customers at all levels
• ability to re-engineer processes
