Novell Support Engineer
Location: Frazer, PA 19355 Industry: Pharmaceutical Interview Schedule: Phone screen, then personal interview with hiring manager and technical team leaders.
Technical support for NetWare and GroupWise server environments, including participation in the on call rotation (24/7 coverage), supporting Novell NetWare file/print and GroupWise messaging environments. (This is not a helpdesk/phone support position)
• Delivers service on time, within budget, while meeting the client's expectations. • Performs within a professional team environment to achieve the goals or objectives of services within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. • This is a technical support position and requires a high degree of Novell and GroupWise proficiency and proven ability to communicate with clients. • Novell CNE certification or equivalent. Familiar with eDirectory, iPrint, JRB Utilities, scripting and TSM desirable Please refer to job code JRM when responding to this ad.
