VP Technology

CSI is an emerging leader in providing enterprise software solutions to the human services industry. CSI is building a management team to support its strategic 5 year growth plan and is seeking candidates with extensive healthcare and/or software implementation experience. We are looking for candidates with strong long term goals and who can thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.

SUMMARY:

The individual selected will have responsibility for the software development and delivery processes and leads a team of developers (on-shore and off-shore) and QA analysts.

1. Work with project team to ensure detailed requirements documents are completed and available to the development team

2. Work with development team leads to create project plans and milestones

3. Review project plan progress through periodic conference calls

4.Participate in final sales presentations, work with customer and sales team to develop scope of work and signoff

5. Manage project resources based on customer requirements and availability

6.Co-ordinate software installation, testing and release

7.Work with implementation team and customer on project plans and approvals

8.Monitor projects/activities through weekly status meetings

9.Provide periodic project status reports to Management

10.Periodic calls to clients to ensure implementation is progressing successfully and meeting client needs

11.Review and approve all software change requests, get estimates and provide scope of work to customer

12.Co-ordinate with development team to ensure timely completion of tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
•  B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
•  Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software implementation and/or healthcare domain experience
•  Strong desire for a hands-on relationship.
•  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Outstanding analytical and project management skills.
•  Working knowledge of SQL databases.
•  Experience with financial management software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strongly preferred.
•  Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office).
