Change Management Consultant
Location: Frazer, PA 19355 Industry: Pharmaceutical Interview Schedule: Phone screen, then personal interview with hiring manager and technical team leaders.
Position requires a resource with deep skills in change management. They should be someone who has managed multiple change management efforts for a systems project. This person will design and implement organizational change efforts that result in performance improvement using a structured and organized change management methodology. Expertise in helping management with change leadership will be important for this role. The candidate will work very closely with the Annual Product Review / Enhanced Disposition (APR/ED) project team, the Enterprise Change Management team, and site personnel, to ensure alignment of the organization and the APR/ED solutions. The candidate will report to the APR/ED Project Manager and the Change Management Representative.
Major Change Management Work streams include: 1. Change Readiness Assessment 2. Stakeholder / Sponsorship Analysis and Plans 3. Communications Plan 4. Organizational Impact Analysis 5. Super User Strategy 6. Training curricula and plans
The candidate will ensure that the change management work streams of change/organizational readiness, sponsorship, communication, training and knowledge transfer are structured and implemented as per the project plan.
Qualifications • Degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Psychology or Organizational Development. or comparable work experience (4-8 years) • Well-developed consulting skills demonstrating depth of capability in change management, organizational development and org. diagnostics. • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with clients and to navigate political structures. • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, complex environment that is constantly changing. • Strong people skills, communication and writing skills and associated skills in Power Point, Excel and MS Word. • Project management experience and skills including deliverables-based work plan design, status reporting and overall execution against work plan
