Sr. Help Desk Analyst - Prior Law Firm Experience a MUSTPosted: November 26, 2009
Our client has an opening for a Sr. Help Desk Analyst who also has experience working as a trainer. Should have experience utilizing remote control software to connect to callers, and also utilize call tracking systems to log and record all interactions with callers.
Requirements: • 2 plus years helpdesk or call center experience supporting law firm clients is required. • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook 2003, as well as Windows XP. • Experience with Interwoven is a big +. • Experience working in a Law Firm setting is a MUST.
**This is a temp-to-permanent position. Hourly rate and salary are commensurate with experience. This client is not able to offer sponsorship at this time.**
