We are a full service IT and Marketing staffing firm that works with some of the most successful and progressive companies in the tri-state area.
Role and Responsibilities: Maintain and grow accounts. Engage in client meetings with key decision makers to determine their business and talent acquisition needs. Develop and implement strategic plans to foster long-term business relationships and partnerships. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and build strong client relationships. Increase market share by pro-actively prospecting, pursuing and closing new staffing-based business. Work closely with recruiting-staff to ensure job requirements are clearly defined Lead and motivate a team of recruiters dedicated to meeting the needs of your clients. Negotiate contract terms, fees and salary requirements associated with closing business Attend various industry events and conferences to expand ICN’s network
