We are looking for a talented technical project manager with a hands-on management experience in business application development and strong software development background. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a faced-paced environment, with ability to focus on multiple priorities and multiple groups.
• 8-10 yrs of IT Experience developing, designing, architecting and managing IT applications.
• 2+ yrs of project manager experience providing leadership/oversight to shore/offshore programmers and analysts and track record of ensuring quality delivery of multiple projects at multiple client sites.
• Able to create, manage and communicates project plans to achieve specific results
• Excellent communicator to a variety of project stakeholders (product, technology, operations, implementation, etc.)
• Through knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including good understanding of requirements analysis and testing methodologies
• Have the ability to be successful in an environment with fast changing priorities
• 7yrs of development experience in Microsoft development (ASP, .NET) environment
• Implemented major design patterns
• Experience working with source code repositories like VSS
• Worked on designing and implementing transactional systems capable of handling millions of transaction.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server
• Work independently and be detail oriented
• Experience with issues, constraints and problems typically found in a support or development teams. Onsite – offshore management / coordination experience is desired.
• Understands and experienced in issues such as programmer productivity, Service Level management, quality and rework metrics, SDLC, Application, help desk Consultative Skills
• Establishes environment for change management
• Strong facilitation and consensus building skills
• Problem solver
Must have at least a BS or BA Business or Technical Degree, MBA desired. Technical and Project Certifications are desired. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
