Description:
• Work with internal business clients to troubleshoot, debug, fix, and test web applications support issues
• Work with internal business clients to gather requirements, develop, and test small web site enhancements
• Respond and manage multiple requests
• Coordinate support activities and site promotions between client and web hosting services team
• Coordinate and assist code deployments
• Resolve advanced and complex application bugs and configuration issues in a multi-server environment
• Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
• Meet service level agreements
• Manage business clients expectations
