ATS is an information technologies consulting company providing services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide. ATS specializes in providing full-service staffing solutions by providing technical and business personnel through staff supplementation and project engagements. The company has extensive contacts within its Fortune 500 client base and is able to access a large pool of talented and responsive professionals with proven records of accomplishment in both the technical and business fields.
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Information Management (HRIM) Supervisor with Organizational Management (OM) Experience.
Provides limited input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the organization?s business strategies. Assists in keeping objectives/projects on schedule and within budget. Decisions or recommendations will have indirect impact on design and delivery of programs, schedules, cost and allocation of resources to support the specific programs
Accountability/Decision-making: Focus on tactical solutions and decisions that have a short-term impact, generally less than 1 year
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of a specific professional function involving the integration of external theory, principles, and best practices with internal practices and precedents
Supervision received/provided: Efforts are focused on tactical, results-oriented activities. Tasks are completed with moderate supervision and work is reviewed periodically during the work cycle, as well as upon completion to ensure objectives are met at key points in the work cycle.
1. Assist the Lead in all activities for the region or countries that they support 2. Provide support to managers related to the process of adding and updating positions 3. Works collaboratively with other team members across the countries and regions where necessary 4. Support the audit process, including all audit reports for master data elements 5. Work with the Service Center to resolve workflow escalation issues 6. Support the mass change process as required 7. Maintain country profiles, including contact information for Business Leaders 8. Provide support to the region and country leads as needed 9. Provide consultative support to Specialist Groups (SGs) in the handling of processes 10. Manage the country team in all aspects of the activities 11. Ensure country-level policies and procedures are maintained as legal and business requirements changes 12. Ensure the guidelines defined for the organizational structure are followed such as: organizational unit naming standards, reporting relationship requirements and dotted-line reporting relationships 13. Ensure the organizational structure is kept current as business structures change 14. Maintain the enterprise structure values as requirements change 15. Coordinate mass change requests with the HR outsourcing provider?s service center 16. Monitor data to ensure ongoing integrity of employee and non-employee information throughout the lifecycle of individual employees (hire to retire) 17. Ensure global data standards and common definitions are maintained at the country cluster level 18. Manage ongoing maintenance of fulfillment documents at the country level
Requirements: a) BA/BS degree required b) 3-5 years related work experience c) Ability to travel (approximately 20%) d) Previous experience in workforce lifecycle process design e) Previous experience in HR system production support f) Solid ability to adapt to varying job demands g) Customer focused h) Strong collaboration skills i) Experience working with relational database applications j) Multi-lingual skills a plus
