Qualified U. S. Citizen Federal Contract Specialist candidates with a DOD Secret security clearance or higher and a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or a combination of education/work experience will be knowledgeable in Federal procurement regulations, have experience in acquisition planning, and evaluating proposals. Proficient in using office automation equipment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel & Word. (Ideally regionally local Eatontown, New Jersey area candidates preferred, no interviewing, travel or relocation expenses are provided for this opportunity.)
The selected U. S. Citizen Federal Contract Specialist candidates with a DOD Secret security clearance or higher will:
-Prepare pre-award contract documentation (SOW, CDRL's, DD-254, etc). Familiar with Army acquisition processes. -Consult with Directorates to ensure the appropriate resources (funding, manpower, equipment, etc.) are identified for the life of the contract. -Monitor contract performance for conformance to contractual requirements. -Prepare pricing, obtains required internal approvals, and responds to customer inquiries and internal request for contract information. -Prepare special reports and analysis as required. -Track projects pending the completion of procurement actions and provides project reports. -Provides guidance to technical personnel involved in the development of work or data requirements, and analyzes financial and technical information. -This position requires external contacts with various Government personnel including buyers, contracting officers, inventory managers, auditors (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) personnel. -Performs other duties as assigned.

This outstanding opportunity for candidates with a Secret Clearance based in the Eatontown, New Jersey area offers a generous starting base salary in the $60,000 to $90,000 per year range based on experience plus benefits. Your asking compensation will be submitted after your approval.
