Project Coordinator The Project Portfolio Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the essential set of tools, processes and structures needed across all projects to ensure reporting against plan. The PPM will support the management of resources and coordinate the oversight of portfolio tracking. Candidate should be an aggressive self starter and results oriented having the ability to understand and translate a high level vision into completed deliverables.
The ideal candidate with have had experience with the following: Project Coordination Follow up with clients and handling support calls and issues Tracking project issues Preparing and tracking status schedules Defining and preparing Statements of Work Documents Assisting in Project Scoping Taking project from Initiation to Conception Follow through with project Initiation Please refer to job code PA P Coord FS when responding to this ad.
