Shall lead auditing procedures that: evaluate the company's system of internal controls; safeguard assets; ensure the accuracy and reliability of data; ensure the efficiency of operations and the application of sound business practices.

Additionally shall:

***  Ensure departmental compliance with budgetary guidelines and Policies and Procedures.

***  Assist in improving audit programs including implementation of computer software applications.
