Technical Writer (Integrated Learning Support Engineer)

We are currently seeking a Technical Writer (Integrated Learning Support Engineer) who must have a minimum of 3-5 years technical writing experience. The candidate must have good oral and written communication. The candidate must be experienced in developing product documentation and training materials. The candidate must also be skilled at presenting his/her documents both internally to team members and externally to clients. The candidate must be able to work independently. Bachelor's degree or higher required.

The candidate filling this position will have a product documentation and training material development role in the for the number portability products. The candidate must be willing to accommodate some travel to customer sites as needed. The candidate may be required to provide some customer training as well. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal direction from his/her manager, and provide documentation support to the product team.

Skill Sets / Qualifications

Working knowledge of QMO is desirable.
Experience using Microsoft Word and Visio.
Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of number portability.

Must have good written and oral communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
