We are currently seeking a HR Director position will provide HR business leadership to senior management and support Multiple client groups such as Sales, Marketing, R&D and Operations groups across the global organization. In addition, the role will have responsibility for leading the Diversity initiative for the Global Business Unit.
The HR Director will lead strategies, processes and interventions to effect change and increase organization effectiveness in a fast paced and dynamic global environment. The scope includes developing and implementing effective human resources strategies and processes to support overall business objectives including: 1. Organizational Design and Development 2. Culture Development and Employee Engagement 3. Change Leadership 4. Diversity Leadership and Advocacy 5. Performance Management 6. Succession Planning & Talent Management 7. Leadership and Team Development 8. Employee Career Development 9. Employee Relations 10. Talent Acquisition & Retention 11. Workforce Insights & Analytics
It will be important to promote positive business and organization outcomes through strong business partnering, employee engagement, business acumen, and customer focus.
In the Diversity leadership role, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity strategies and plans that supports the organization's business objectives. This includes working with all levels of management and employees, working cross functionally to facilitate the Campus Diversity Council and various companywide Affinity Groups.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or Masters degree in HR preferred. Minimum of 8 to 10 years HR Generalist experience. Minimum of 3 years experience in leading or being a key contributor to a major company-wide initiative. Success in developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to talent management. Ability to consult with, challenge and influence senior management to align people processes and practices with business objectives. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
