Responsibilities Assist the lead Business and Financial Analyst for the multi-billion dollar PMS312 In-Service Aircraft Carrier Program. Responsibilities include: directly support the PMS312 BFMs and Fiancial Analysts in all business and financial aspects of the Inservice Carrier Program; funding document preparation/processing; prepare and present POM/PR documents; PresBud, OSD, and Navy budgets to include budget exhibit preparation, reviews and response to data calls; analyze financial execution data to ensure the program is meeting obligation and expenditure benchmarks; coordinate, advise and assist with financial reporting programs; and other financial duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical training, education or work experience (Masters preferred). Eight years of experience in Navy/DoD financial management, understanding of DoDs PPBES and associated POM/PR budget processes and products, excellent knowledge of Excel, ability to access DoD financial information systems such as STARS/COBRA/MOCAS, understanding of SCN, RDT&E, OPN and O&MN appropriations preferred, knowledge of NAVSEAs PRISMS a plus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, group environment, and ability to work independently to accomplish tasking. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance required.
