Inside Account Executive

Human Capital Solutions and Jobcircle.com is currently seeking self-motivated sales professionals to join our growing Inside Sales Team.  Your responsibilities will include calling on HR leaders, recruiters, line of business managers and business owners to introduce our multitude of solutions and to help them choose JobCircle.com as the resource for all of their recruiting needs.

You will canvas other job boards, newspapers, and job fairs to find companies who are hiring in the Mid-Atlantic region and conduct a needs analysis with them to uncover their manpower requirement.  Based on the feedback from these sessions, you will develop tailored proposals implementing the solution that best fits their recruitment goals and objectives.  You will work with our database of over 30,000 recruiter contacts, as well as uncover new leads.


We are looking for dynamic sales professionals who possess the following skills & experience:

·2 years Inside sales/business development experience.  Industry knowledge is a plus!
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Consultative sales approach
·Ability to present the benefits of our product base clearly and effectively
·Experience working in Outbound Call Environment
·High volume of cold calling experience on the phone.
·Ability to present at all levels of organizations
·Ability to reach decision makers and penetrate organizations
·Self-motivated, team player, friendly, aggressive & persuasive
·Strong relationship building skills
·Strong organizational skills
·Familiar with Contact Management Systems
