Kronos Developer/JAS

We are seeking an  IT Programmer Analyst.  Salary:  to 70K (maybe a little flex) plus year-end bonus based on goal-sharing target (0 – 6%)
Main Duties /
Job Function Responsible for assisting in the implementation of a new Kronos Workforce Central application using well developed analytical, functional and technical skills.  Provide on-going application support and maintenance after implementation.  Support related Kronos Workforce Central configuration and maintenance activities.  Applicant will need to be able to develop, test and support interfaces to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application.  Applicant will need to be proficient develoment skills on Kronos Workforce Analytics module.
Develop and execute Unit, System and User Acceptance test plans.  Support and respond to  end user Requests For Service (RFS). Applicant must know how to configure, troubleshoot and support Kronos biometric terminals and Kronos Teletime application. Ensure compliance with internal documentation and Change Control procedures.  Monitor system and application performance as required.  Provide analysis and solutions for improving system and application performance.
Required Knowledge: Necessary job knowledge of factual data, methods, process and theoretical knowledge. Kronos ver.6 Workforce Timekeeper, Manager, Record Manager and Analytics.  Strong analytical and programming skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Excellent technical documentation skills. Configuration and support for Kronos biometric terminals and Kronos Teletime application..
Required Experience:
Specific and amount of on the job experience. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in the implementation analysis, development and support of Kronos and PeopleSoft Human Capital Management applications.  Experience  with obtaining and analyzing funtional requirements and applying that to technical solutions.
Special Requirement:
Licensing, travel, working conditions, varying work hours, overtime, etc. Bachelors degree or equivalent Computer Science or related field.
Experience in the utilization of Oracle and SQL relational databases.
Some weekend and evening work required to apply application updates and support application migrations and upgrades.
