Software Engineer

ATS is an information technologies consulting company providing services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide. ATS specializes in providing full-service staffing solutions by providing technical and business personnel through staff supplementation and project engagements. The company has extensive contacts within its Fortune 500 client base and is able to access a large pool of talented and responsive professionals with proven records of accomplishment in both the technical and business fields.

We are currently seeking a Software Engineer who will work on a team to create a next generation software platform for network planning and optimization.

1. 5+ years of web database application development experience using MVC Architecture
2. Must have experience developing with Spring framework and Hybernate
3. 3+ years of experience using JSP, Servlets, Beans, EJBs, J2EE, XML
4. 5+ years of Oracle SQL and PLSQL experience
5. Experience with developing web graphical reports using server-side Java packages (JFreeChart, etc)
6. Ability to develop basic images/icons for web pages using any graphical dev. tools ( Adobe, etc)
7. Sun Java Certification
8. Oracle SQL/PLSQL Certification (desired but not required)
9. Strong front-end development skills in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, XML, XSLT Must have used JBuilder, Eclipse or JDeveloper, SQL Navigator/TOAD, Apache, Tomcat, Unix (Solaris), Oracle 9i/10G for production-level projects
10. Experience using Tomcat, Apache, Oracle 9i AS or Oracle 10G Application Server, Web Logic (Desired but not required)
11. Strong Reporting/OLAP/DataWarehouse experience and skills in developing custom and ad-hoc reports.
12. Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with clients and business users
13. MS in Computer Science/Information Systems/etc from an accredited university (no on-line or MCA)
14. Ability to take lead developer/architecture role for different systems
