Position:-Account Manager Location:- NJ Duration:-Full Time a Account Management Responsibilities: -Key account management that results in additional business/revenue opportunities from existing account and managing relationships with existing account/s. -Manage all aspects of a client relationship, pre-sales / post sales technical assistance. -Build a sales pipeline for the account. -Ensure that the account has a high degree of customer satisfaction. -Managing expectations and assure response to client questions; address and follow up on client issues and set timeliness for completion/resolution of issues New Business Development Responsibilities: -Generate new business for the company and meet monthly, quarterly or annual sales targets. -Manage the complete sales life cycle process from cold calling, completion of RFPs to closing the sales. -You will consistently demonstrate the ability to create an environment whereby you operate as a true business person, dealing with clients at a business-to-business level, providing solutions that fulfill the clients business needs. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree, at least 3-5 years of outside selling experience in a customer focused environment; strong relationship building skills, good track record of developing accounts; ability to meet sales goals; disciplined planning process; well versed in utilizing technology and a contact management system for follow up. Good communication, math and analytical skills are a must coupled with solid sales experience in a business to business environment.
