Protein Purification Scientist- Waltham, MA

Start up group seeking experienced research associate with strong background in protein purification.

Your responsibilities include

- Constructing expression vectors for various expression systems
- Carry out medium scale cell culture for protein expression using transient and stable cell systems
- Purify and characterize proteins and antibodies produced using HPLC, affinity chromatography and FPLC methods
- Establish stable cell lines in mammalian systems for protein expression

Position requires 2 years related experience as well as an MS in Biochemistry, Molecular biology or similar course of study.
