Project Manager

Looking for a project manager who has worked on projects creating and building websites. Looking for someone who has worked in the creative, interactive, or agency experience.

These individuals are responsible for managing and leading teams in the planning and building of large-scale web based applications.


Position Responsibilities:
* Quickly gain a thorough understanding of our clients' industries and objectives 
* Estimate projects based on high level architecture you develop
* Manage team workload, project deadlines and staff the team appropriately 
* Proactively seek information, clarification and product knowledge
* Collaborate with the internal team to provide recommendations for in-scope applications and packages 
* Participate in the development of coding standards and methodologies
* Work independently and efficiently to meet agreed-upon deadlines
* Brainstorm with team members and think on the fly
*Represent our company with professionalism and integrity whenever you interact with our clients


Essential Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years experience building internet applications, with a solid background in web architecture
* 2+ years experience planning/estimating projects and managing teams.
* Agency experience is a preferred, but is not a requirement
* Strong understanding of web development principles, and the ability to develop simple solutions to complex problems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with team members and possess efficient problem solving skills
* You must be able to represent our company with professionalism and integrity whenever you interact with our clients
* Ability to participate in our development efforts when appropriate, experience with .net or JAVA application development is strongly desired.
* Experience with enterprise scale CMS, ecommerce or community platforms is highly desired
* Strong project management skills
