Behavior Analyst with a strong competency in computer science and who can design and implement behavior analytically informed software. Be able to utilize BML (Behavior Modeling Language) to construct complete behavioral, compositional and structural integrated views from natural language descriptions of a large set of requirements for a proposed system Be able to addresses the problems of scale, complexity, and imperfect knowledge associated with the large set of requirements needed to guide the development of challenging integrated systems. What we are really looking for is a general developer, with a stronger focus on SEO and psychology of user experience. (kind of like a cross between a user interface person or an information architect person and an engineer. This developer should have "front end" experience, and strong experience with javascript, html css.
CIM uses SCRUM methodology.
