Functions of the Position

This position is situated mid-level within Standard Offers' invoice review, clearing and approval process. The primary objective of the position is to provide oversight of the invoice review process, confirming that invoices are correct prior to final payment approval by the client. Key responsibilities of this position are:

. To ensure the gas and electric energy savings invoices are processed in accordance with Standard Offer policies.
. To maintain records/tracking of invoice disposition, routing, filing and documentation systems.
. To troubleshoot invoicing/processing errors and inconsistencies.
. To actively participate in resolution of disputes with 3rd parties, concerning invoicing issues both technical and common in nature.
. To perform ad hock analysis, calculations and interpretations of data and information associated with the determination of energy savings.
. To work effectively within the invoice processing team, interfacing with subordinates and superiors along with a variety of project sponsors and their consultants.

Position Specifications

Minimum:
. Experience in Calculation of Energy Savings
. Technical Degree- Engineering or Accounting
. Three years working experience
. Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, and Word; Access is a plus
. Excellent spreadsheet skills
. Sound math skills
. Excellent communication and reporting skills (written, verbal, computer and documentary) with experience/understanding of customer/supplier relations
Preferred:
. BS- Engineering /Accounting
. CEM, LEED
. 5 years experience
. Specific experience in analysis of energy savings calculations
. Familiarity with remote monitoring systems
