You will play a key role in supporting our government clients, working closely with them to provide timely and responsive value-added services and work products related to emergency response programs and projects.
Qualifications Candidates should possess: • Bachelor’s Degree in policy analysis, public administration, emergency management, business, or economics. Master’s Degree in related field preferred. • A minimum of 2+ years government, government contracting, homeland security or military experience with experience in researching, developing, providing conclusions and charting analysis of intricate and complex projects and programs within the scope of the Agency mission. • Experience in writing, developing and maintaining a variety of high level in depth documents for review/distribution at various levels of the Agency (including briefing papers, white papers, regular and recurring reports, dashboards, policy and procedures). • Knowledge of the principles, processes and application of: Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP), Special Response Teams, Disturbance Control Programs, Hurricane Response Plans and Crisis Management Plans. • Experience in reviewing and interpreting complex and high level documents such as policy and procedures. • Effective written and oral communication skills with government policy writing experience preferred. • Experience in general office functions to include maintaining files, inventories and providing briefings for the unit staff and unit chief. • United States citizen, eligible for government security clearance. Active security clearance is preferred
