We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support which includes employee relations, recruiting, personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation, change management and benefits. Acts as a liaison between departments/divisions, all levels of line and staff management, compensation and benefits department, legal counsel, and outside service providers. May coach other Human Resources representatives.

Responsibilities: *  Foster effective methods of goal setting, communication and empowerment through responsibility; builds employee ownership of the organization. * Develops new recruitment strategies that keep costs down and attract diversity candidates. Responsible for placement of qualified applicants, tracking recruitment sources and maintaining effective recruitment strategies. * Responsible for supporting and managing activities related to employee relations within CFS. * Provides full Human Resources support to line business units. Provides support /guidance to managers and employees on all Human Resource related issues (employee relations, benefits, career paths, training, etc.). * Responsible for being a critical element in the organizational change management process. * Responsible for carrying out CFSs corporate compensation policies and procedures. This includes job description preparation, salary recommendations, promotional requests and assisting with the year-end performance management process. * Supports Corporate programs and special projects as assigned by Human Resources Director.

Qualifications: *  Bachelors degree in business, psychology or human resources required. * Minimum of 5 years recent Human Resources work experience including; Employee Relations, Staffing, Benefits, and Compensation. * Professional Human Resources Certified (PHR) strongly preferred. * Proven work experience in creating and supporting effective staffing strategies. * Proven work experience related to Employee Relations aimed at successfully creating adaptable, resilient, quick to change direction, and customer-centered organizations. * Experience related to Organizational Change Management preferred. * Proven work experience with developing and counseling the creation of organizational/position based performance metrics. * Compensation and Job analysis experience strongly preferred.
