ATS is an information technologies consulting company providing services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide. ATS specializes in providing full-service staffing solutions by providing technical and business personnel through staff supplementation and project engagements. The company has extensive contacts within its Fortune 500 client base and is able to access a large pool of talented and responsive professionals with proven records of accomplishment in both the technical and business fields.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager who will assist in the coordination and execution of the project plan for translation of all documents into 23 languages. Consolidating and sending documents to the external vendor for translation. Providing instruction and guidance to the vendor before, during and after documents have been translated. Work with internal stakeholders to validate translations of documents. Ensure coordination and management of the project plan and specific work deliverables. Manage the PO / payment process. Proactively and comprehensively track translation quality. Perform maintenance of the translated documents within the translation document repository environment (eRoom / Sharepoint). Assist with the scheduling of global conference calls. Work with Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Adobe Acrobat to prepare files for translation and finalization. 1. Update and publish weekly action item log for all operational strategy work streams. Attend weekly update meetings. 2. Create two notebooks of all final documents / strategies as reference tools. Clean up eRoom to reflect latest versions. 3. Manage the IVR PIN mailing process. Work with regional contacts to determine best process for mailing personalized letters. Translate letters and quick reference guide into 23 languages. Solve issues that arise during the mailing process such as employees who did not receive a PIN letter. Communicate process to regions. Ensure timing of mailings adheres to deadlines. 4. Assist in validating case escalation contacts. Work with regions and global process owners to identify contacts within that would be responsible for handling issues that are redirected from the service center to the retained organizations. Complete spreadsheet identifying contacts per deadlines. 5. Provide support Operational testing. This involves identifying testers, preparing schedules, communicating with testers, conducting feedback calls, etc..
QUALIFICATIONS: 4 year degree required. Very strong project management, communication, organization, analytical and planning skills required. Experience in consulting is beneficial but not required. Must be able to demonstrate ability to think through issues and solve problems proactively. Self starter, independent, can work with little supervision / direction. Intermediate to advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required.
