dinaliC is a Philadelphia based consulting firm provides consulting services to major Pharmaceutical companies in US in the areas of Scientific & Research, Clinical, Engineering, Finance & Information Technology fields.
We are hiring for the following contract position for a major Pharmaceutical company in NJ.
Supply Planning: Planning and customer service responsibilities for assigned product lines Manage VS shop floor control to meet Materials Management goals and objectives related to customer service, component and finished goods quality, capacity management, and inventory and waste.
Order Management: Ensure orders are reflective of current demand, close orders real-time. Automate / optimize work order usage and maintenance. Develop real-time order accuracy, while minimizing plan disturbances.
Purchasing: Responsible for monitoring of purchase orders and all associated activities from creation of the order to payment to the supplier. Responsible for monitoring of price, lead times, purchasing cycle time, pay terms and methods. Comply with all Purchasing related Quality System Regulation, ISO and Company procedures. Support Commodity Manager in supply contract negotiation and contract compliance. Assist with the introduction of new products, product lines or components including specification changes and implementation. Assist with development of annual purchase plans, project inventory balances, scrap and PPV. Responsible for product availability, back order reporting and customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Transaction Accuracy: Utilize formal cycle count data to generate action plans for inventory accuracy improvement. Conduct audits, analyze, reconcile, report results on inventory record accuracy. Baseline current transactional process vs production process, move to real-time inventory transactions. Manage inventory level awareness to key stakeholders, manage inventory levels against demand while maintaining levels at or below targeted goal. Communicate to key stakeholders and manager. Key Metrics Management Complete project work, hold and attend meetings, initiate process improvements, and report performance measures Evaluate metrics to generate projections, analyze trends, identify risks, initiate action and follow-through, and gage successes.
Cross-Functional Communication and Planning Alignment with the Customer Interface with internal departments groups to keep supply-chain moving. Forecasting, customer Service, R&D, Quality and Marketing to resolve issues impacting areas of responsibility. Map and match planning process to production process. Project planning in support of Crossroads Site Readiness including but not limited to: Design, Testing, Master Data Cleansing, Change Management and Training
Candidates who have experience in both supply planning AND project planning experience in support of operations and tactical activities related to SAP implementation. Knowledge of executing project milestones within project planning and supply chain is required. A minimum of three years experience in a planning role in a pharmaceutical, biotech, R&D environment highly preferred.
