DESCRIPTION:
The IDEAL candidate will have 5 years experience with Oracle R12 eBusiness Applications, familiarity with Lotus Notes and SQL Databases ideal. Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and Dimensional modeling. Siebel Analytics and OBIEE experience is required. Experience in documentation including requirements specs, ETL logical and physical specs, data mappings, ErWin for ETL design process, ETL execution plan, test cases and test scripts, etc. is a requirement.
Lead discussions with business users in order to understand and document business requirements for information: reports, data analysis requirements, dashboards, etc.
Analyze the business users’ data needs and design functional specifications that will be used for the development of the technical requirements.
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in data definition, sources of data, and uses of information within the business areas.
Participate in the development of the Information Delivery strategy. Lead the roll out and continued support of the processes defined within the strategy.
Collaborate with the testing team to develop acceptance test criteria for quality assurance of the information delivery tools and content (reports, dashboards, data files, etc.)
Collaborate with the business representatives to execute acceptance tests to confirm the information.
Create and maintain methodology documentation.
Assist in prototyping reports, dashboard information, and other requests for data.
Provide consultation to business areas on information source alternatives.
Participate in working sessions as a subject matter expert on data source/definition and current inventory of existing information (reports, data views, dashboards).
Participate in mapping the as-is and future system processes.
Provide production support.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ideal candidate will have 5 years experience with Oracle R12 eBusiness Applications, familiarity with Lotus Notes and SQL Databases.

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization from end users to executives
A firm understanding of the development life cycle including the analytical skills necessary to satisfy testing documentation and Change Management requirements.
Knowledge of Java, JSP, HTML, XML is a
plus.
Knowledge of Oracle AIM Methodology for documentation a plus
