Interview Schedule: Phone screen, then personal interview with hiring manager and technical team leaders.
Provide analytical and process support to Global Procurement and Global Business Operations organizations as a member of the Procurement Operations team. Monitor, communicate, manage, and improve the efficiency of strategic sourcing and transactional purchasing processes using Procurement methodologies and systems, including SAP SRM, ECC, and BI.
Conduct opportunity, cost/benefit, and decision analyses as required to support new and ongoing Global Procurement projects, including business case development, project requirements, project status, and milestones. This may include preparation of presentations, databases, spreadsheets, documents and reports for project team members and senior executives, sometimes on short notice.
Provide input into the development of new tools, technology, metrics, and training as required. Work with GPS and GBO teams to proactively identify opportunities to standardize and improve Procurement and Sourcing methodologies, using current best practices in the sourcing and supply chain fields.
