Windows Test Engineer (0530106PC)

Execute test procedures for testing of client-server network-based Windows file system backup and recovery software. Create and populate file systems with data. Manipulate data within the file system using Windows commands. Analyze test results. Create detailed Modification Requests (reports of “bugs” found) and work with software developers to track down and solve the problems found. Perform basic Windows System Administration tasks.

Required Skills:

Strong Windows 2000 and 2003 background required
Programming or Scripting experience strongly desired
Ability to work well either independently or as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in Systems Test required
Degree in Computer Science or some Engineering discipline is highly preferred
Bilingual in one or more of the following a plus: Spanish, French, Japanese, Germany, Italian.
