dinaliC is a Philadelphia based consulting firm provides consulting services to major Pharmaceutical companies in US in the areas of Scientific & Research, Clinical, Engineering, Finance & Information Technology fields.
We are hiring for the following contract position for a major Pharmaceutical company in US.
Responsible for managing HR Projects and Base Business to support the development of a HR strategy to enable business units to achieve their organizational results. Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for assigned organizations.
GENERAL RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Generalist who performs duties in the areas of employment, employee relations, safety and health, EEO, compensation, benefits, records and/or training and development. Provides support of HR and educational programs and ensures compliance with HR policies and standards.
2. Provide HR advice and support to accomplish desired change or deployment of specific Human Behaviors/Resources matters, which will improve employee motivation and the Company environment.
3. Provide support to management teams and associates to assure the creation of an environment that both fosters employee creativity and provides professional opportunity for development and growth.
4. Create and maintain networks for best practices within and outside ITS, which will promote learning through innovative methods, technologies, and ensure continuous improvement of processes. Must demonstrate the ability to function at all levels in the company with strong business sense, judgment in managing and directing a wide range of business matters, and well developed written and verbal communications.
5. Identify and communicate business trends or issues that may affect the organizational climate and culture. Research alternatives in working methodologies to help improve business processes. Apply new technologies and developments in learning and Human Resources Management.
6. Erroneous decisions or recommendations or failure to complete assignments would normally result in serious delays to assigned projects with considerable expenditure of time, human resources, and funds.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s preferred Experience 5+ Years HR experience w/Bachelor’s Degree; Experience with HR support in a high tech or IT environment is a plus. Skills in Sharepoint, websites a plus.
Other Skills (certifications, etc.) Excellent written and oral communication skills, Strong facilitation skills, Strong PC
